Wheat Growers Association Inc is a not-for-profit organisation incorporated in Western Australia, representing the interests of wheat growers delivering to the National Wheat Pool. The Association’s objective is to have the National Wheat Pool maximise the net dollars per tonne returned to growers.

The Association was formed in late 2002 by growers concerned that the National Wheat Pool was not necessarily maximising pool returns to the producer.

The following statements outline the Association’s role which is focused 100% on the wheat industry:

WGA Commitment
To represent interests of members delivering to the National Wheat Pool so they receive the maximum net $’s per tonne possible.

WGA Mission
WGA will work constructively with Government to maximise net $’s per tonne grower returns from National Wheat Pools.

Wheat Growers Association membership is open to all wheat growers across Australia.
